Panera Mix & Match Menu — Every $4.99 Item with Calories (2026)

Panera Mix and Match is Panera’s 2026 menu deal — pick any of the 11 items below for $4.99 each. Each order also comes with one free side: a French baguette, chips or an apple.
It sits underneath the regular menu rather than replacing it. The portions are the half and cup sizes Panera already sells, the recipes are unchanged, and there are no substitutions — the saving comes from the flat price. Two items make a $9.98 meal; the full eleven-item line-up is below, with calories for every item from Panera’s official Nutrition Guide.

Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

Mix & Match vs You Pick Two vs Value Duets
You Pick Two is still the bigger menu: any two half portions from almost the whole Panera range, priced per item, typically landing between about $10.99 and $13.99 with a side. Mix & Match is narrower — 11 set items — but the flat $4.99 price makes two items cheaper than almost any Pick Two pairing, and you can keep adding items at the same price. Value Duets are fixed pairings (a set half sandwich plus cup of soup) at about $6.99, cheaper still but with no choice in the pairing. Simple rule: fixed pair and lowest price — Duet; your own pair from a short list — Mix & Match; your own pair from the whole menu — Pick Two.
How the Mix & Match line-up has changed
The menu launched in February 2026 with 10 items, including a Ranch Parm BLT half salad. In June 2026 Panera added the Caesar Salad Stuffer with Chicken as an eleventh item, and on June 17 the Farmhouse Crunch half salad replaced the Ranch Parm BLT. The list on this page is the current line-up; Panera describes one slot as a rotating seasonal item, so expect occasional swaps through the year.
panera mix and match menu faqs
What is the Panera Mix & Match menu?
It is Panera’s value menu, launched February 25, 2026. You choose two or more items from a set list of 11 half sandwiches, half salads and cups of soup, and each item costs a flat $4.99, with one free side per order.
How much does Mix & Match cost?
Every item on the Mix & Match menu is $4.99 at participating US cafés. Two items — the minimum order — cost $9.98 before tax, and you can add up to 11 different items at the same per-item price. Delivery prices are higher.
How many items can I order?
Between 2 and 11 different items in a single Mix & Match order. Each item can be chosen once per order, portions are half or cup size, and the Caesar Salad Stuffer is served whole.
Does Mix & Match include a side?
Yes. Every Mix & Match order includes one free side for the whole order — your choice of a French baguette, a bag of chips or an apple.
What is the difference between Mix & Match and You Pick Two?
You Pick Two lets you pair two half portions from almost the whole menu at per-item prices, typically $10.99–$13.99 in total. Mix & Match limits you to 11 set items but charges a flat $4.99 for each, so a two-item Mix & Match meal at $9.98 undercuts most Pick Two pairings.
Can I substitute or swap items on the Mix & Match menu?
No. Panera’s terms for the value menu allow no substitutions or upgrades, and recipe modifications may cost extra. If you need a specific combination, You Pick Two is the flexible option.
